DALAL STREET face
INDIAN BENCHMARKS hit their highest in 2-1/2 months and posted their third consecutive weekly gain given a Greece default is seen as factored in, while better-than- expected progress of the monsoon also helped sentiment. In the broader markets, BSE Midcap and Smallcap indices ended flat.

The INDIAN BENCHMARKS Sensex rose 146.99 points or 0.53 % to settle at 28,092.79. The CNX Nifty gained 40.00 point or 0.47 % to settle at 8,484.90 .

GLOBAL MARKET chase
ASIAN STOCKS were little changed,with investors reluctant to stake out fresh positions after disappointing U.S. employment data and cautious ahead of Greece's weekend referendum which may decide its future in Europe.
U.S. STOCKS index futures remained closed for trading today.
EUROPEAN STOCKS was set for its biggest weekly fall this year on Friday, with focus on acrucial vote in Greece over its debt negotiations at the weekend.

In the coming week,the macroeconomic data, progress of monsoon rains, outcome of Euro group ministers' meeting to strike a debt deal with Greece, trend in global markets, investment by foreign portfolio investors (FPIs), the movement of rupee against the dollar and crude oil price movement will dictate trend on the bourses in the coming week.On a macro economic front,Markit Economics will announce on Monday, 6 July 2015,Markit US Services PMI, indicating health ofUS services activity, for this month.The IMF will release their World Economic Outlook ahead of the IMF/World Bank Annual meetings in Washington over the weekend.All eyes would be in Greece on Sunday ahead of the voting on referendum, which could provide some clarity on whether the cash strapped nation would be a part of European Union or not .
