Nifty flat in pre-opening 14-DEC-2018

Indian Indices: Market to remain flat in opening.

Global Market:

 Asian markets: Asian markets are lower today as Japanese and Hong Kong shares fall. The Nikkei 225 is off 1.73% while the Hang Seng is down 1.44%. The Shanghai Composite is not trading.

 US Markets: US markets decline on trade news, dollar climbs.

 European markets: European markets finished lower today with shares in France leading the region. The CAC 40 is down 0.26% while Germany's DAX is off 0.04% and London's FTSE 100 is lower by 0.04%.

   Major Headlines of the day:

  Rupee opens lower at 71.78 per dollar.

  RBI meeting to be held today.

  Cement stocks and PSU banks to remain in focus. 

 Trend in FII flows:- The FIIs were Net Value of Rs 675.14 segment while the DIIs were Net Value of -51.86 the provisional figures.
