Nifty likely to open flat.

The Nifty50 is likely to open flat on Thursday tracking muted trend seen in Asian markets which hit a fresh 6-month low ahead of key Sino-U.S. trade negotiations fanned fresh concerns about the outlook for the global economy. The S&P BSE Sensex closed 487 points lower at 37,789 while the Nifty50 ended 138 points down at 11,359 on Wednesday. Trends on SGX Nifty indicate a negative opening for the broader index in India, a fall of 15 points or 0.13 percent. Nifty futures were trading around 11,388-level on the Singaporean Exchange. The benchmark S&P 500 fell on Wednesday for the third day in a row as investors remained cautious about the latest developments on US-China trade talks even after hopeful comments from the White House regarding an eventual agreement.

Global Market:
Asian Markets: Asian markets are lower today as Chinese and Hong Kong shares fall. The Shanghai Composite is off 1.20% while the Hang Seng is down 1.66%. The Nikkei 225 is not trading.
US Markets: North and South American markets finished mixed as of the most recent closing prices. The Bovespa gained 1.28%, while the IPC led the S&P 500 lower. They fell 0.40% and 0.16% respectively.
European Markets: European markets finished higher today with shares in Germany leading the region. The DAX is up 0.72% while France's CAC 40 is up 0.40% and London's FTSE 100 is up 0.15%.

Financial creditors expected to witness increase in realisation through the IBC in FY20: ICRA The NCLTs continue to remain heavily burdened as the number of cases being admitted continues to increase quarter-on-quarter with the highest quarterly admissions of 359 cases reported in Q4FY19.

Dhanlaxmi Bank reports profit of Rs27.6cr in Q4FY19 Provisions for the quarter came in at Rs16.3cr against Rs20.2cr.
