L&T Construction awarded contracts for Power T&D business
The Power Transmission and Distribution Business of L&T Construction has bagged several Engineering, Procurement and Construction orders across its various business lines, the company said in a press note to the exchanges on Tuesday.
In India, orders have been secured to lay underground cable in certain industrial areas and towns to improve the reliability of power supply. Orders have also been won for solar-powered irrigation systems, the company said in the BSE filing.
Strides Pharma gets EIR from USFDA for Singapore facility
Shares of Strides Pharma were trading marginally flat on the BSE in the afternoon session on Tuesday. The company has received the Establishment Inspection Report (EIR), thereby confirming the successful closure of the inspection which concluded on February 1, 2019, as per BSE filing.
The company said the USFDA has given approval for the Greenfield oral dosage facility at Singapore.
Lupin gains 1% after USFDA issues EIR for Pithampur facility
Shares of Lupin were trading 1% higher on Tuesday after the company Pithampur (Unit-3) facility received the Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) from the US Food and Drug Administration (USDA).
The inspection was conducted between October 8, 2018, to October 18, 2018. Lupin's Pithampur Unit-3 is involved in the manufacture of Metered Dose Inhalers (MDis), Dry Powder Inhalers (DPis), and Topical Formulations for the regulated markets, the company added in a press note released today.
Zydus gets tentative approval from USFDA for Mirabegron tablets
Zydus Cadila on Tuesday in its filing to the exchanges informed that the company has received tentative approval from the USFDA to market Mirabegron Extended-Release Tablets (US RLD- Myrbetriq Extended-Release Tablets), 25 mg and 50 mg.
It will be manufactured at the group manufacturing facility at SEZ, Ahmedabad, the company said in BSE filing.
The group now has 259 approvals and has so far filed over 350 ANDAs since the commencement of the filing process in FY2003-04, the filing added.
Godrej Properties gains 9% on recording sell of 2,900 homes
Shares of Godrej Properties spurted 9% on Tuesday after the company in its filing to the exchanges informed that the company sold over 2,900 homes with a booking value in excess of Rs2,100cr in Q4 FY19.
"The company sold over 2,900 homes with a total area of ~3.75 mn sq ft and a booking value in excess of Rs2,100cr during the quarter. Q4 FY19 was GPL's best ever quarter for bookings eclipsing its previous best ever residential sales quarter, achieved in Q3 FY19, by ~50%," the company said in a press note after markets hours to the exchanges on Monday.
