CARE, Crisil revises ratings on PC Jeweller
PC Jeweller in a press note to the exchanges informed that rating agencies CRlSIL Limited has revised the ratings to bank loan facilities while CARE Ratings Limited has revised the ratings to the Fixed Deposit program on the company.
Accordingly, Long Term Rating have been revised to CRlSIL BB+/Negative and Short-Term Rating revised to CRlSIL A4+, the company said in a press note to the exchanges on Saturday.
CARE Ratings Limited has revised the ratings to the Fixed Deposit program (Jewel for Less - Jewellery Purchase Scheme) of the company to CARE BB+ (FD).

L&T unveils open offer for 5.13cr shares of MindTree
L&T in its press note to the exchanges informed that the company has announced an open offer for 5.13cr shares or 31% stake of Mindtree at Rs980/shares.
L&T will have to shell out Rs5, 029.8cr for the planned open offer for Mindtree, the company said in a press note to the exchanges on Saturday.
Mindtree equity base comprises 16.421cr shares with Mindtree holding 28.9% of them as of 6 June, the company added.

Hero MotoCorp gets BS-VI Certification
Hero MotoCorp in its filing to the exchanges on Monday informed that the company has received the BS-VI certification for a two-wheeler.
"Hero MotoCorp received the Type Approval Certificate from International Centre for Automotive Technology (ICAT) for the Splendor iSmart motorcycle, after it was successfully tested for compliance to the BS-VI emission norms," the company said in a press note.
The BS-VI compliant motorcycle has been designed and developed in-house, at the Company R&D hub, the Centre of Innovation and Technology (CIT) in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

The Board of Directors of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited [ABFRL] approved the signing of the Share Purchase agreement to acquire Jaypore.
The business comprises online and offline operations. The proposed acquisition is subject to necessary statutory approvals and signing of a definitive agreement(s).

BHEL bags 135 MW EPC orders for Solar Photovoltaic plants
Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has won three major orders in quick succession, for setting up Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) Power Plants totaling to 135 MW, on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis, in Maharashtra and Gujarat.
Cumulatively valued at Rs520cr, the orders have been secured from Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Ltd., (MAHAGENCO), Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Ltd (GSECL) and Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd., (GNFC).
